Continuous Casting Of Copper Alloy

Vem Industrial Control is the only manufacturer of horizontal continuous casting lines in India. These casting lines are suitable for casting of copper and copper alloy flats in the width of up to 430 mm and thickness up to 20 mm in copper, brass, cupronickel, nickel silver, phosphor bronze and other copper based alloys on continuous bases. These plants are being supplied on turnkey bases for the industries. The production capacity is up to 600 kg per hour. Quality of casting is very good for further rolling to make thinner coils and sheets for wide verity of applications in industries as end product. The company is manufacturing and supplying complete equipment such as melting furnaces, holding furnaces, die cooler assemblies, water battery and control system, secondary cooling system, withdrawal machine, moving shear machine, upcoiler machine along with associated electrical, electronic control, PLC system and hydraulic equipment.
