Vem Industrial Control manufactures Melting cum Holding Furnace for casting industries. These furnaces are suitable for melting and casting of copper base alloys and brass, components and ingots as required. These furnaces are widely accepted by users because of cheapest in operational cost and homogeneous quality of molten metal for casting. Power consumption for melting of brass is 230 kWh per/T for 500 kg per hour furnace. These furnaces are available in 70-160 kW for melting and holding purpose with melting capacity of 350-600 kg/ hr. Hydraulic tilting is also available for these furnaces for bigger castings and ingot moulding.
