Bi-Axial Machine For Rotational Moulding

Ash Win Engineers offers a Bi-Axial Machine for rotational moulding. Rotational moulding process is different as compared to other plastics processes in which heat is prime and crucial factor. In the complete process, first the mould is loaded with the raw material in resin form. The loaded mould is then shifted in to hot air oven where it is oriented and rotated at suitable low speed. As the molten resin gets properly heated and oriented, it adheres to the moulds inner surface until completely fused. Then the mould is moved to the air, water or the both to slowly reduce the temperature when the mould is still in rotating mode. Finally, the mould is mantled to get the finished roto moulded article and is then again reloaded for the next cyclic process.The machine comes complete with variable speed AC drives capable of smoothly adjusting the speed of AC motors in either direction and having all necessary self diagnostic features indication and annunciation system for ease of operation. The AC drives have in-built protection features against over load, short circuit, over voltage, for safety of AC motors.
