Dr. Dinesh & Ramesh Engineers Pvt Ltd, an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company, manufactures Aluminium Castings of various grades, sizes and weight ranges varying from 0.5 kg to 100 kg in permanent mould gravity die casting and low pressure die casting. The company provides end to end solutions in aluminium castings including: die making, die casting – gravity die casting (permanent mold casting) and low pressure die casting, machining, heat treating, shot blasting, and testing and inspection. The company, established in the year 1979, has an installed capacity of 400 tonnes per year.
Its well equipped manufacturing facilities include:

• Melting equipment – sklener furnaces, crucible furnaces, electric resistance furnaces with capacity from 100 kg to 800 kg
• Casting equipment – gravity die casting machines and low pressure die casting machines with capacity of 0.5 kg to 100 kg
• Inspection and testing – chemical analysis, pressure or leak testing, metallography, spectrographic analysis, tensile testing, helium leak proof testing.
