Dr Dinesh & Ramesh Engineers Pvt Ltd offers end-to-end solutions for Aluminium Die Castings for more than 30 years. The company has expertise to manufacture parts from 0.5 kg to 100 kg in gravity die casting and low pressure die casting methods in various alloys including LM6, LM9, LM25, AC2B, AC4C, A356, A413 and AlSi8Mg amongst others. It also offers invaluable expert advice in designing to the customer for their castings at the designing stage taking into factors of DFM. It has casting, machining, heat treating, shot blasting and assembling facilities all under one roof. The production capacity is 600 tonnes per annum and growing – catering to industries like textiles, automobiles, plastics, machine tools and petroleum.
