SanRex Power Unlimited (Power Semiconductors Division) has introduced a wide range of PWB and PWA Series, three phase non-isolated Welding Thyristor Modules (half bridge) with mounting base as joint anode terminals and available in current 60 A, 80 A, 100 A, 130 A and 200 A with blocking peak inverse voltage up to 1600 V. These welding thyristor modules are widely used in welding machines manufactured by Advani-Oerlikon Ltd, Esab India Ltd, Matsushita Electric Company Ltd, Sansha Electric Co Ltd, etc. SanRex pack welding thyristor modules have highest reliability and good performance for short-circuit current protection, CR absorber, mounting and safe operation area.
