Filter-On India offers Weld-Smoke Collector Units. It is portable. It gives smoke-free, clean and healthy working environment for better productivity. It comprises lightweight flexible suction pipe and unique magnetic base suction hood to collect the welding smoke/ fumes very effectively. The fine smoke/ fumes particulates are passed through high voltage static charge and then these particulates are attracted/ trapped on opposite charged electrode plates with almost 95-98 % filtration efficiency. It consumes very low power. It is metallic/ washable and comprises re-usable filter element. It is used for welding stations, plasma/ lesser cutting machines, soldering stations, etc.
