Filter-on India offers Electrostatic Fine-Dust Collectors, M-04. It works on the advanced technology of electrostatic precipitation principle with periodic de-dusting facilities. The unit have a unique double-pass, cross-configuration design to achieve optimum dust-collection efficiency down to even sub-microns size particulate dust. Since the dust trapping is carried out by electrostatic force there is negligible pressure drop across the unit, by which 25% to 30% power saving is possible as compared to the same size bag/ cartridge type dust collectors. All dust-collecting elements are metallic, cleanable, and reusable for a lifetime of 15-20 years. The required size unit can also be an add-on to standard. Cyclones dust arrestors achieve almost 100% reclaims. Smallest unit of 300 CFM to maximum 6000 CFM dust-laden, air-handling capacity units can be made as per the requirements and applications.
