Innovative Coating Industries has developed Britoss-G and Britoss-S for excellent cleaning of weld-joints on fabricated stainless steel chemicals plants and equipment, power plants and petrochemical and heavy chemical industries pipe lines for chemicals/steam/water and corrosive chemical transporting pipelines. Britoss-G is in very thick viscous grease like paste and cleans welding and SS surface within 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the grade of stainless steel and the method of welding. Britoss-G can be very easily used for vertical and roof top surfaces, without dripping/flowing down. Britoss-G and Britoss-S are much superior in weld cleaning and brightening performance compared to the premium Indian, European US and Australian brands available in India. The company offers these pastes and gels at nearly 40% of the cost of the premium brands and imported brand products, enabled by extensive research into the development of these products, based on local raw materials and the best additives, catalysts and stabilisers that go into the manufacturing process. Also available is Britoss-D for boiler and heat exchanger tubes, tube and pipe bends made from special alloy steel, and for castings and forgings with very intricate surfaces for inside cleaning and for rust/cleaning of non-accessible, tubular areas, which is used by dipping process. Britoss-D is specifically formulated for jobs where the removal of black coating proves to be too cumbersome. The company can also develop very special application cleaners for stainless steel on project/assignment basis.
