Multi-Purpose Welding Positioner

SEC Machines offers Post-200, a heavy duty, multi-purpose welding positioner which can be used for welding, cutting as well as heating applications. It is designed to carry work load up to 200 kg. It is easy to operate, with as workplate that can be tilted up to 180o on either side with the help of a worm wheel. A special revolving earthing clamp provides trouble free welding thus eliminating over heating problems. The drive is a 220 V single phase AC, SCR controlled PMDC motor. A foot switch controls its On/Off function and also enables quick start, and instant dynamic braking. Post-200 can also be operated manually by simply disengaging the drive gear of its motor.
