- The machine has a stick out control facility (arc condition feedback system) with fresh tip treatment control and fresh arc start system
- Self-hold circuitry with crater control module and pre flow/post flow of shielding gas with burn back control, which has stable welding current and voltage against supply voltage fluctuations and protection against single phasing;
- It is available with modular pin socket PCBs with voltmeter and ammeter fitted on the front panel
- Indication lamp shows that the unit is live
- The feed mechanism is robust, light in weight for easy manoeuvrability
- The machine is maintenance free, and has drive system totally enclosed in alloy steel casing with hardened rollers, with interchangeability to choose different wire diameters, pre-flow and post-flow to eliminate contamination of weld
- It has thyristorised stepless control with feedback system for constant output speed and quality welding, push buttons for inching and gas checking
- A quick release device for easy changeover of insulated spool holder
