GH Induction offers Vertical Hardening Machine. This is a twin spindle vertical traverse-hardening machine, with chiller package. Typical parts hardened: shafts, crankshafts, camshafts, primary driven gears. Heat treatment of one job at a time or two jobs at a time is also possible. Process parameters can be monitored for each cycle, for validation within permissible bands, for hardening/tempering.
