Tube Mill Rolls

Precision Tools & Knives offers Tube Mill Rolls. It is used for tubes / pipes up to 12" diameter and flying saws (friction saws up to 600mm diameter). It is made out of ESR-forged grade D-2 (MV grade). It is vacuum heat treated, rolls finished on CNC turning centres. HSS - M2, M-35, M-42, T-4, T-15, die steels: D-3 & D-2 in all Size up to 650 diameter, hot die steels: H-11 & H-13. Available in die blocks, rounds and tikkis. ESR facility is offered up to 300 mm diameter for all type of tool steels. Cutting of flats and rounds up to 1meter diameter. HR slitting cutters and tooling are also offered.
