SPMs for Turning/Copy Lathe Machine

Special purpose machines for turning/copy lathe machines are available with or without hydraulic copying system. These are suitable for jobs where longitudinal turning operation is required, i.e., straight turning or copy turning. Mostly used on tie rod end ball pins, gear shafts, shafts of all type including for automobile, fan, and armature, etc; and UJ cross, piston rod, cylinder liners, pistons, CV joints parts, tractor parts, etc., these are suitable for mass production of items economically. These are highly productive with ease in operation and maintenance. Specifications: head stock motor ? 3 to 10 HP depending on requirement; power pack motor ? 1.5 to 3 HP depending on requirement; max job dia ? 150 mm (optional bigger diameter against special request); max job length ? 75-1000 mm (machines are made as per requirement); and spindle RPM ? 500 to 3000 (fixed as per requirement; optional variable AC drive can be offered).
