Sparkonix (India) Pvt Ltd, a Pune-based organisation manufactures spark erosion machines, which are precision built to give consistent result.Strong and sturdy in design, these machines are extremely cost effective and are suitable for small-scale single man run industries, and act as invaluable in-house facilities for larger industries.SN series machines are ideally suitable for manufacturing plastic and bakelite moulds, rubber moulds, tungsten carbide small and medium dies. This family has three models and consists of a table-mounted machine with coordinate movement for the worktable.These machines provide uniform and good surface finish and are built in anti arc. These have hardened and ground rhomboid quill and the lead screws with pre-loaded needle roller bearings for slides. These zero set systems to set precise depth are provided with time totaliser, autoflush timer, auto pos, multiple outlet flushing system. These are used for machining of big hard castings and computer panel moulds.
