Moonlight Industries offers “Nirman” brand Slotting Machine suitable for machining internal keyways in pulley, gears, etc. All the parts are made from selected materials, properly tested with its accurate size. A helical gear set is provided for better quality and perfections required in workshop. Specifications: Model – MI-XL 250; length of max stroke – 275 mm; working stroke – 250 mm; ram adjustment – 255 mm; length of ram bearing – 550 mm; max diameter accommodated when machine at centre – 355 mm; longitudinal traverse – 290 mm; cross traverse – 110 mm; speed adjustment – 3 speed; motor recommended – 1.5 HP; approx weight – 490 kg; distance from body to ram – 310 mm; distance from body to T-slot slide – 450 mm; and T-slot table size – 280 x 330 mm.
