Moonlight Industries offers Nirman brand Slotting Machine suitable for machining internal keyways in pulley, gears, etc. All the parts are made from selected materials, properly tested with its accurate size. A helical gear set is provided for better quality and perfections required in workshop. Specifications: Model – MI-250; working stroke – 10 mm to 250 mm; longitudinal traverse – 245 mm; cross traverse – 85 mm; speed adjustment – 3 speed; ram adjustment – up to 250 mm; motor required – 1.5 HP; distance from body to ram – 310 mm; distance from body to T-slot slide – 370 mm; and T-slot table size – 280 x 330 mm. Standard accessories: boring bar, B-section motor pulley. Extra accessories: rotary table with 36:1 ratio diameter 250 mm, electric motor, switch, true chuck and V-belts.
