P G Machine Fabriks offers Shrink Sleeving Machines, PGSS-800. These are used for sleeving of filled or empty plastic/glass bottles depending on the bottle shape. The purpose of shrink sleeving is making the pack pilfer proof or for decoration of a pack. These machines offer uniform positioning and shrinking of the sleeve on the bottles. These systems consist of the conveyor with fixture and twin heating chambers. The first chamber is for positioning of the sleeve on the bottle and the second for the wrinkle free finishing. These machines are available in various models - PGSS-1000/1200 depending on the bottle size/shape/material and speed (bpm) required. The machines are fitted with standard world-class components like I/R heaters, AC drive, G/motors and other components. These are used for the sleeving of powder, shampoo, oils, cold cream/lotions, tablets and other food products bottles. packaging machines/solutions for food, cosmetics, confectionery, pharmaceutical and other packaging industries.
