Pegasys Systems offers Servo Press based Shaft and Pinion Straightening Machines, ideal for mass production lines for straightening of heat treated components before the next operations. The machines have load cell integrated for actual load feedback and are capable of PCD based measurement for gear/pinion shaft straightening. Controls are based on a PC + PLC combo. Optional add-ons: operator safety guard, automatic load/unload, in-process crack detection system. These machines are ideal for: shaft/rod manufacturers, steering system manufacturers, rotating appliance/assembly manufacturers, etc.
