Pegasys Systems offers India's first fully automatic shaft straightening machines which can compete with the best in the world. These machines are ideally suited for straightening of shafts in mass production operations. The machine is completely programmable and can be set up for straightening of shafts requiring a bending load of up to 40T. The machines measure run out using digital sensors with 0.001 mm resolution and the straightening is done by a servo motor driven press with very precise control on delivery of corrective deflection. User-friendly screens and features allow change between shaft families in very short changeover times. Pegasys can integrate the machine with third-party hardware like laser markers, barcode readers, Eddy current test machines etc. to increase machine utility and convenience of use.
