Oil seal trimming/lip angle trimming machine

Kasthuri Machine Builders offers a oil seal trimming/lip angle trimming machine. The machine is used for oil seal trimming and lip angle turning in oil seal manufacturing industries. The operator has to load the work piece on the machine fixture and the machine carries the other operations automatically. Clamping is done by vacuum chucking the tool forward and reverse movement, feed stroke and the machine does piece ejection pneumatically. The main use of the machine is to remove the flash forming between the two dies during the moulding. Its design allows flexibility to select different diameters, thickness and angles for trimming and turning and the cycle time can be achieved between 6 to 8 seconds.
