Kasthuri Machine Builders offers Self Feed/Auto Feed Drill Heads. Serving the industry since 1987, these self-feed drilling heads can be Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Servo type. Pneumatic is normally used to drill smaller dia holes, hydraulics are used for bigger dia holes. With help of servo drilling heads one can do even small drills like 0.5 mm like a CNC or VMC machine. Multi drilling head can be fixed in the spindle for special requirement. In our drilling head hardened and ground spindle is provided which is assembled in a quill and guided in between precision bearings. Separate motor is provided to drive the spindle through the timing belt in this drilling head. The drilling capacities are of different range from 0.5 mm drill to 20 mm in quill feed. These drilling head are used to make SPM (special purpose machines) drilling tapping with single and multi-spindle can be done in this multi drilling head. The speed ranges from 500 to 7000 RPM maximum.
