GH Induction offers a Multiple-Station Hardening Machine. This is available with rotary indexing table. Features: suitable for jobs without centres, held in bunks/holders; three/four/six indexing positions popular; loading/unloading operations in parallel with hardening process, reducing cycle time; inductor movement can be pneumatic or by CNC servo axis for single shot or progressive hardening; possible to harden two locations with different heat treatment profiles in the same component; heavy-duty indexing mechanism, with rotary-cam indexer, for high positional-accuracy and typical parts hardened - ball pins, sockets, hubs, cam-shafts, cam-shifters, rocker arms, etc.
