Iron Workers

The iron workers are also called universal shearing machine or cropping machine. Ranaul Technology imports and stocks second hand iron workers from Germany for resale in the Indian market. These are all of leading German makes such as Peddinghaus, Mubea, Mafrino, etc. Iron workers have 5 working stations – four for shearing and one for hole punching. The sections, which can be sheared, are angles, flats, round and square bars. The maximum angle size in the largest model is 150 x 150 x 12 mm and the maximum angle size in the smallest model is 80 x 80 x 8 mm. These machines are used by fabricators such as transmission tower manufacturers, mobile phone tower manufacturers etc. The main advantage of this machine is that work can be done simultaneously in more than one station. In fact, all the 5 stations can be used simultaneously if material feeding to the machine can be organised properly.
