High Speed Wire Cut EDMs

Essenes offers High Speed Wire Cut EDMs from Baoma. It can cut various shapes of metal moulds and templates with Ra 1.01?m and precision 0.012 mm. Besides, this the machine can cut large parts, such as big taper 90 degree, maximum height 1000 mm and Length x Width of 1200 mm x 2000 mm. It can basically replace slow speed machines. It is available in various configurations of table size starting from 635 mm x 415 mm up to 2440 mm x 1330 mm. The machine uses a molybdenum wire with saponification fluid for high speed cutting. The traveling speed of the wire is 5000 ~ 8000 mm/min. Taper cutting and processing of different shapes at the top and the bottom is possible on the machine and other machining tools. The PC based CNC controller has a 20 GB hard disk and the software is very user friendly, with a lot of advanced features available.
