Senior Print Pack Machinery offers Corrugation Machines. These are oblique type-high speed single facer paper corrugation machines designed with latest technology. Flute rolls are minutely finished and mounted on spherical roller bearings, to give perfect impression on board. The setting of flute roll is from one side only. Motors are fitted to keep the gum rolls rotation for agitation of the gum while the gum unit is disengaged from the flute rolls. Motorised self loading reel stand are additionally provided with machines. These machines are provided with centralised lubrication system. High-speed single face heavy-duty oblique type corrugating machine, with self-loading twin shaft reel stand, have more production capacity and efficiency than vertical type.
