Senior Print Pack offers 3/5 Ply Corrugated Cardboard Production Line. With the help of this line, single/double wall corrugated board is produced. Besides the application scope of single wall corrugated board, the double wall product is also widely used as packing material in many fields such as, TV sets, refrigerators, fruits, cigarettes, beverages and so on. Two flute combinations (A&B, C&B) as well as special customer-tailored flutes are provided. Steam heating and oil heating are optional (but oil heating is not suitable for the line with a speed above 100 m/min.). The standard five-ply line is made up of single facer (2), mill roll stand (3-5), pre-heater (4), conveying bridge (1), duplex glue machine (1), double facer (1), slitter scorer (1) (thin-blade or flaring slitting tool is optional), cut-off (1), stacker (1). Speed of 60, 80, 100, 120 or 150 m/min. is offered to meet the customer?s requirement.
