Kalsi Machinery Co offers the KMC – Marvel stitching machine meant for stitching boxes. These machines can be supplied either with 8 mm (5/16", both in angular and straight versions), or with 13 mm (1/2", only in angular version) thickness capacity stitching head and are efficient to speeds up to 300 stitches per minute, with complete safety and simplicity of operation and maintenance. For a low initial outlay, they provide the user with a sturdy machine that will give years of hard and efficient service with negligible costs of upkeep. All parts of the head mechanism are easily accessible for cleaning, lubrication and interchange of wire parts. All working parts are of robust dimensions and designed to give the longest possible life. Models available: angular/straight stitcher – 20”, 30”, 36”, 42”, 48”, 60”; top sealing stitcher – clinch capacity – 8 mm, size – 20” (510 mm); and bottom sealing stitcher – depth of carton max-34”, clinch capacity – 8 mm, size 20” (510 mm).
