Features: material unload/discharge - through bottom, negotiable labour and can be completely automated; suspension - standard 3 pendulum suspension, inertia plate with anti vibration mounts (4 point suspension); special features - cGMP construction; large central opening; sweeper not required; left over material in bottom is negligible; drastic reduction in manual labour; toxic/hazardous material can be safely handled; no human contact between product and operator during operation; optional features - complete CIP system; heel removal system; available in fully opening outer case version; process operation can be completely automated; vibration tripper and monitoring system; cake monitoring system; and zero speed interlock, fume tight construction. Brief specifications: sizes - from 900 to 1500 mm dia; useable volume - 200 to 900 ltrs per batch; speed of basket - 500 to 1500 rpm; and material of construction - stainless steel, carbon steel, hastelloy, rubber lined, fluoro polymer coating/lining i.e., Halar (ECTEE), Teflon (PFA).
