Shiv Shakti offers a Centrifuge Machine. This is a bag lifting type centrifuge machine used in pharmaceutical, chemical and allied industries. Features: material unload/discharge: through top by lifting PP bag, suspension/mounting: standard 3 pendulum suspension, inertia plate with anti vibration mounts (4 point suspension); drive and transmission - mechanical clutch pulley, variable frequency dive (inverter) and fluid coupling; and a two speed motor. It has fully opening outer case/lid for better accessibility for cleaning and validation purpose, cGMP construction, nitrogen blanketing, vibration monitoring, zero speed interlock with speed indicator, cleaning in place system (CIP system). Specifications: sizes - from 600 mm dia to 1500 mm dia; useable volume - 50 ltrs to 900 ltrs per batch; speed of basket - 500 to 1500 RPM; and material of construction - SS, carbon steel, hastelloy, rubber lined, fluoro polymer coating/lining, Teflon (PFA).
