Bar Testing SPM

Mayuresh Engineers & Fabricators is a manufacturer of electromagnetic crack detectors, portable/stationary, special purpose machines (SPMs) and demangetisers, accessories, etc. The company offers a special purpose machine for bar testing, Model MCD-5000 WOGAN. This SPM is basically used for testing surface as well as subsurface cracks of bars up to diameter of 150 mm and above. The capacity of the machine varies, depending on the version. This is a mobile type of unit and used far many other purposes by selection of current. Power supply required: 415 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz AC, 100 A. Compressed air required: 5 kg/cm². Various models, both automatic and semi-automatic, are available for checking of bars of various diameters and lengths. This is an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company aspiring to do business all over India and also export its quality machines to overseas markets. It also supplies spare parts required for magnetic particle testing machines and conducts training courses.
