Bore Grinding Machine

TMT Machine Tools manufactures Bore Grinding Machines. It is used to grind sizes from 10 to 100 mm and maximum depth up to 100 mm. Grinding spindle is available to run at 12000 to 32000 RPM. This machine is fully universal having cross-slide swivel angle 60º clockwise and 45º counter-clockwise, work head can be rotated counter-clockwise 90º and the table is swivel -3°, +9º. It has centre height of 180 mm to accommodate bigger size chucks, or any other holding devices. Assemblies of precision bearings with in dust free environment. All rotating parts are dynamically balanced. Table and cross slide faced with anti-friction material Turcite-B. These machines are ideally suited for auto parts manufacturers and other general-purpose industry.
