Senor Metals is engaged in manufacturing copper and copper based alloys extrusions. During a very short span, the company has progressed vertically, especially in the development of critical alloys/specifications with a view to cater the needs of specialised requirements of the demanding market. Senor Oxyacetylene brazed welding copper alloy filler rods enable joining of many base metals. Product range: silicon brass (RcuZn-C), aluminium bronze (ERCUAI-A1/A2), nickel silver (RBCuZn-D), de-oxidised copper (ERCu), phosphorous bronze (EcuSn-A/B/C), silicon bronze (ERCuSi-A), and silver copper. Benefits of Senor products: high strength fillets, low residual stress, minimising thermal stress and distortion; joints are made at lower temperature than in gas or arc welding, easy machinability; soft and ductile weld deposits, less susceptible to cracking; and simple to use for on-site repairing. Application: in production of joining applications, for repairing broken or defective steel and cast iron parts, for repairing cast iron castings in the foundry (with colour mismatch), in machine shops, for correcting machining errors or modifying in-process parts, in maintenance departments and tool rooms for repairing tools and equipments, in mobile repair units (grain-harvesting crews, ship repairs), etc.
