Senor Metals Pvt Ltd, an ISO 9001: 2008 certified manufacturing company, manufacturers Non-Ferrous Wires for Fasteners and other wire products, which are used in manufacturing fasteners in the automobile, electrical and other industries. In addition, the company also manufactures extruded rods, wires, hollows, tubes, ingots and components, special copper alloys in rod and coil form, welding and brazing wires and rods in TIG and MIG form, and resistance spot welding electrode caps. Alloys manufactured: brass (non leaded) – C210 (CuZn5) to C280 (CuZn40); phosphorous bronze – C501 (CuSn1) to C521 (CuSn8); silicon bronze – C651 (CuSi1) to C656 (CuSi3); and nickel silver wire – C701 to C713. These are available in coil weight – 50 kg to 1000 kg. Senor Metals has in-house world-class manufacturing and testing facilities to manufacture non-ferrous wires.
