Brazing Equipment

Premier Industries offers an electrical equipment for arc welding and brazing. It does not require any gas for brazing. The flame is produced by the twin copper coated carbon rod which is used for brazing and also for cutting, heat treatment, and annealing. The flame produced is of very high temperature whereby the process becomes easier. User advantages of this system are that the atmosphere remains totally pollution-free, no gas is required, and a high temperature flame is achieved. This system works on single/two-phase input power supply. The flame temperature can be controlled by variation of the transductor control. This equipment is suitable for ferrous, non ferrous metals including aluminium and copper up to 4-6 mm thickness; for higher thickness higher capacity equipment can be manufactured as per the requirement.
