The NC1X series is designed to resist deflection and provide accurate pressings and longer die life even at full tonnage loads. The heavy one-piece welded steel frame is fully stress relieved and designed to provide a stable base for the NC1X series presses. Programmable logics control system: programmable man machine interface, stroke totaliser, crank angle display to facilitate tool setting, day wise and shift wise production data (24 hr clock), total run time/total run strokes, SPM display, machine fault diagnostic tool, preset and batch counter.
