The "TMX" Series torcmatic single action Cross Shaft Press has single disc pneumatic combined clutch and brake with hydraulic power pack, electrical comprising electric motors and electro-pneumatic safety controls. The press master torcmatic drive is a modular constructed double reduction interchangeable speed reducer transmitting high torque thought the kinetic chain. Press delivers rated press tonnage at higher point above BDC enabling thicker blanking and heavy forming operations. The precision engineered drive result in low operating noise and vibration. Slide Guideways
The structure is bilaterally symmetrical and the six face guide way provide full length support to slide to minimize left to right and front to back movement , as well as rotational tendency of the slide during operations resulting in prolonged die life.
Lowest Overall Clearance
On the TMX press low clearance is achieved by accurately machined torque transmitting parts, particularly the joints, connecting crank, connecting rod, ram screw and slide. The overall clearance is less than half of conventional presses, which reduces breakthrough and other stresses associated with punching.
