Metfab hydraulic press brakes are manufactured with a wide range from 20 MT to 300 MT and lengths ranging from 1500 mm to 4000 mm, conventional and NC make, conforming to IMTMA standards. The unique design of the press brake gives high repetitive bending accuracy of +0.03 mm, thrust by low tonnage/small cylinders with low system working pressure of around 160 bar, while the system is designed for 300 bar, due to force amplification by leverage. A simple torsion tube mechanism controls parallelism of ram motion for even bends throughout the length. Built-in overload protection, instant stoppage for operator/workpiece safety, stroke length adjustment are a few of the other major benefits. Full tonnage availability throughout stroke enables use of staggered tooling to perform multiple sheet metal operations in one stroke like embossing, punching, perforating, notching, piercing, blanking, etc, with the help of suitable tools. Three speed operation with bending at slow speeds with faster idle travel increases productivity without affecting quality. Applications include sheet metal fabrication, coach builders, manufacturers of control panels- instruments, domestic-office steel furniture, etc.
