- The heavy rigid frame is constructed with extra thick premium quality, hot rolled steel plate.
- The adjustable crankshaft is forged from special alloy steel. It is designed such that its wide radii eliminate stress concentrations and metal fatigue.
- High-grade casting, high strength iron makes it more resistant to deflection than steel.
- The guides are supported on all corners by a six point gibbing system.
- Single reduction helical gear runs in an oil bath for constant lubrication and noiseless operation.
- Electrically controlled & air operated clutch & brake combine unit permits high frequency of operation and more flywheel energy for work.
- Clutch & Brake is automatically compensated and no adjustment is necessary.
- Inclining mechanism is sufficiently high above the floor, so can be easily manually operated, convenient and safe for standing position.
