MetFab offers press brakes with LCD controller with NC stroke, NC backgauge. These are manufactured with rigidity standards and accuracies as per international norms and guidelines of IMTMA. And available in capacities from 20 MT to 500 MT and working lengths 1500, 2100, 2500, 3100, 4100, 5100 mm. These are cost effective entry level NC press brakes. The programmable NC controller has storage capacity for 13 programs each with 12 bends to memorise most popular jobs. It offers reduced set up times, facilitates fastest stroke cycles for all jobs and minimizes need to refer job drawings for repeat runs. It allows air bending of different bend angles by memorizing stroke positions. Settings for regular jobs can be stored in memory to save time. It avoids inconvenience and wastage of time when production needs to be interrupted for carrying out one off jobs and then re continued. It can even help off load jobs with multiple bends from a far costlier multi axes NC press brake with better economy thus optimises productivity, reduces set-up time, trials for mufti bend jobs. RAM travel repeatable within ?0.03 mm for consistent bends.
