High Speed Presses, Pillar Type

A wide range of pillar type high speed presses are manufactured through welded steel construction for utmost rigidity and low deflection. They have fabricated steel slide running in eight extra long guides with non-metallic liners to ensure perfect alignment. Other features include: slide counter balancers to minimise guide wear and ensure smooth movement resulting in improvement tool life; combination clutch and brake with interlocking of functions and dual solenoid valve to ensure "fail safe" operation; efficient DC variable speed drive for quick and wide selection of speeds; motorised central lubrication system; stroke counter, slide adjustment indicator provided on machine; and motorised slide adjustment. These presses are available in five models with maximum pressure 50, 80, 100, 160 and 200 tonnes. The main motor (960 RPM) is of 3, 5, 10, 15 and 20 HP respectively.
