H-Frame Presses

EMCO Pressmaster offers straight-sided H-frame presses, HCX Series. The solid straight sided structure avoids deformation and is the ideal frame for presswork. Deformation is the main cause of shortening of die life. The HCX solid frame press eliminates deformation, and will reduce die maintenance costs by about 50%. HCX provides stability and precision even in off centre presswork, leading to high press performance and longer die runs. Reduced die regrinds between runs will save substantial costs. Hydraulic quick die clamping system (QDC) comprises: 4 upper die clamps, 4 lower die clamps, 4 die rails, 8 parking stands with proximity switches, QDC 05 hydraulic console, QDC 05 electric console, PLC for inter locking operations, and preroller arms (1 pair, OPEX).
