Gap frame press for hi precision

ISGEC offers press equipments such as photo-presentation of new generation Plunger guided Gap Frame Presses used in hi-precision stamping operations. Plunger guided movement of connecting rod enable high precision as side thrust inherent to a reciprocating mechanism is taken up by a barrel construction mounted on frame. Only vertical component of force is transferred on to slide and in turn on to die. It ensures highly accurate stamped parts, reduced rejection and enhanced die life. It conforms to international accuracy standard DIN 8650 and safety standards as per EN 692/OSHA 1910.214.
