Press Frame: The press frame is of fabricated design with steel plates, deep ribbings and carefully calculated design of various sections guarantees the rigid construction and ensure uniform distribution of pressure on the placed load.

Prefiller System: The unique design prefiller system is placed inside the top mounted tank. This fills the cylinder directly at the time of closing of the mould and displaces back the oil directly into the tank at the time of opening. This gives the press a very fast working operation.

Squeeze Cylinder: The main Cylinder is made out of rolled steel. The main pressing ram is made out of pre-harden alloy steel, ground and hardchrome plated. Sealing is carried out with chevron set of packing to ensure long working operation.

Prismatic Ram Guides: The main moving ram is guided with four readjustable prismatic guides to give smooth operation and guided closing to the mould under operation.

Drive Unit: Comprises of electric motor, oil tank, hydraulic pump, relief valve, piping and control system for the working cycle of the press. The power unit is mounted by the side of the main frame.

Control: The complete cycle from approach to return including breathing, dwelling fast and slow closing is carried out easily with manually controlled lever, attached conspicuously to the right hand of the press frame.
