CNC PRESS BRAKES, ENTRY-LEVEL

Metfab Machines offers Metafab brand CNC press brakes, manufactured with rigidity and accuracies as per guidelines of IMTMA standards. These are available in capacities 20 tonne to 300 tonne and working length of 1500 to 4000 mm. The press brake with 2-axes NC control, viz, NC stroke and NC backgauge, is a cost-effective entry level CNC machine offering better economy than the far costlier synchro press brakes even for multiple bend jobs. The programmable CNC controller has storage capacity for 13 programs each with 12 bends to memorise most popular jobs. Optionally the controller can be used with offline programming capability by using special software and hardware with networking. The advantages are many - reduced set-up times, faster stroke cycles for all jobs, minimised need to refer drawings for repeat runs, etc. These press brakes have two hydraulic cylinders at rear synchronised by a torsion tube exerting the bending tonnage through linkages. This powerful yet simple design provides good repetitive accuracy of 0.03 mm with parallelism of ram controlled by torsion tube. Simple hydraulics without use of complicated servo valves, makes these machines easily attainable requiring no skilled staff for operation or for maintenance.
