Finex Sieves Private Limited offers a Twin Rotating Pin Mill. This is a universal mill concept with two rotating plates with pins rotating in the same or in opposite directions. The material to be ground enters due to the centrifugal force, grinding takes place and by centrifugal force between both rotating pins, and as the material gets finer, is thrown towards the periphery and passes through a stationary ring with .5 mm to 3 mm perforated screen fitted on it. Twin rotating rotors rotate at two different speeds ranging from 3000 to 9000 RPM. There is no heat generation no loss of flavour or colour, and hence excellent for grinding spices, foodstuff, pigments, pesticides, pharma powders, fine minerals from 100 kg/hr to 3000 kg/hr. It can grind powders from 100 mesh to less than 300 mesh, 30 microns. The equipment is available in stainless steel, carbon steel and mild steel.
