Tube Bending Machine, SHM 50 is very compact and robust in design and useful for mass production (1600 to 1800 bends/shift). It is ideal for various applications like furniture, two wheeler accessories, decorative items, automotive seat frames, crash guards, hydraulic piping, chemical and process tubes and heat exchanger concentric tubes.
Tube OD x thickness - 50 x 3 mm stainless steel; 316 ferrous matt, UTS 45 kg/mm2 bend centre line radius - 28 mm to 550 mm; higher radius - on request; bend centre line radius to OD of tube ration - 2D; bend angle - 0 to 180º; bending speed - 4 RPM; bending direction - clockwise and anticlockwise; bend accuracy - ±0.25º; tube indexing - manual; tube positioning - with suitable fixturing; length setting - with mechanical stopper; tube holding controls - manual or vice semi automatic with dog setting for angle; production rate (approx) - 1600 bends/shift; weight - 600 kg approx; size - 700 W x 600 D x 1000 H mm; and power - 5 HP.
