Plano-milling conversion kit

Shenoy Engineering offers a plano-milling conversion kit. This offers the following advantages: adds milling capability to planer, VTL, lathe and turns them into profitable workhorses; makes a dead machine alive, infuses new life into old machines; productivity multiplies recovering investment in a few months; and reduces breakdown and wear and tear. Salient features of milling head: streamlined design for symmetry, compactness and rigidity; grade 25 castings, heavily ribbed and stress relieved; suitable for both vertical or side mounting applications; possible to tilt the gearbox for LH/front/RH projections; bull gear and mating gears are helical which enhances the smoothness of operation and enables effortless, heavy and continuous material removal; taper roller bearings for the spindle bull gear and the mating pinion gear; and a well designed lubrication system for the gearbox and lubrication for life with imported molydenum sulphide grease for the spindle bearings.
