DMG/Mori Seki India offers Sauer Ultrasonic 10 a high-compact 5-axis precision machine for all dental indications, in all materials. With its highly specific requirements placed on milling machines and their equipment, the dental industry has a noticeable influence on Sauer’s development work. The new Ultrasonic 10 offers optimum production solutions for all indications and materials, paired with intelligent equipment stages to allow automated production. The dental industry produces dentures from an extremely broad material spectrum, from soft plastics materials, demanding metals through to high-strength zircon oxide. Today, the combination of HSC milling and Ultrasonic chip removal allows all these materials to be machined on one single machine. This is a prerequisite for the production of high-quality dentures. To this must be added the realisation of all indications on one machine. Crowns, bridges, abutments or inlays, each of these applications represents complex and unique structures, which can only be efficiently produced with 4- or even 5-axis milling. The proven water-cooled high-frequency spindle with HSK-25 holder reaches rotational speeds of 42,000 rpm, and the NC swivel rotary table with torque technology has a swivel range from -20° to +120°. This makes the Ultrasonic 10 an attractive machine for the dental industry, which optimises operating sequences in the laboratory and, above all, the laboratory‘s productivity. Highlights:
