International Engineers Corpn, in Ludhiana, manufactures turret RAM milling machines (Model MT 1000R). Grade 1 castings are used in fabrication of the machine. Slides and other wear-prone parts are made out of castings containing nickel and chrome to make these more durable. All the gears, shafts and screws used are made out of proper alloy-steel. Milling-head spindle and quill are hardened and ground. Feed-box has oil-bath system for its gears. Knee-top of the machine is covered. Electricals used are of reputed makes with ISI mark. Machines are supplied in Duco-paint-finish.
